Fees vary between psychology and counselling services and the therapist providing the services. Rates may change.

 

Psychological therapy services are $180 per 50 minute hour. In special circumstances this will be $100 per 30 minute session.

Psychological assessments services are $190 per 50 minute hour.

Counselling services with Laura or Kelly are $140 per 50 minute hour. 

 

If your child is accessing services, please come to pick them up on time (meaning after 45 minutes). This allows us a chance to chat in the waiting area if needed and allows your therapist time to clean up the playroom before the next child.

For therapy services, invoices are due at the end of the session (this includes therapy provided by a psychologist or counsellor).

For assessment services, these are due at or before your final debriefing meeting.

Fees can be paid by leaving your credit card information on file (the easiest method), by debit or credit card using our on-site terminal, or by e-transfer to info@trailheadhealth.ca. Invoices will be emailed to the email address that you provide during your intake meeting.

Please note that we have a two-business day cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment, you must give at least two-business days notice of the cancellation or you will be charge in full for your appointment.
