Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is available for mental health professionals who wish to enhance their clinical practice or are looking for supervision specifically for the purposes of registration or certification.

What registrations and certifications can you provide supervision hours for?

Registration as a provisional psychologist (e.g., with the College of Alberta Psychologists)

Registration as a psychotherapist (e.g., with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario)

Certification as a play therapist, with either the Canadian Association for Play Therapy (CAPT) or the Association for Play Therapy, USA (APT)

Certification as a counsellor (e.g., with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapies Association)

Practicum or internship students enrolled in counselling or psychology programs (e.g., Athabasca University or the University of Calgary)

What training do you have to provide clinical supervision?

Charlene has completed course work in clinical psychological supervision through the University of Calgary and course work specific to supervision in play therapy through the Rocky Mountain Play Therapy Institute. She is also a Certified Play Therapy Supervisor (with CAPT) and a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor™ (with APT). She has supervised counsellors, psychotherapists, practicum students, and provisional psychologists.

Laura has completed course work in clinical psychotherapy supervision with Dr. Merz Nagal which meets the requirements for supervision coursework with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has supervised counselling therapists.
