Our Approach
We believe that on the pathway to positive health, we can be the start of a new journey, like a trailhead! We think that we can help you to find your markers of success and to stick to the trail that you want. You know yourself best - we just want to help you be that version of yourself - whether that be coping better with your anxiety, resolving your past trauma, having more patience or setting better limits with your children, improving your relationships, or understanding how you learn best at school or work.
Mental health should be integrated with all other aspects of our overall health - that's why we chose the name Trailhead Integrated Health. Our goal is to have therapists and practitioners that can help with many aspects of health and at many stages of life. It should be as easy to come and see us as it is to go and see your massage therapist. We believe that the stigma around mental health, just gets in the way, so we want to integrate mental health with health (after all, it's one part of what keeps us healthy). To this end, we see children, teens, adults, parents, and families and we can help with home, work, or general life struggles.
